Parts Special Order Notification Forms include 4 parts for organization and follow up in the parts department at your dealership. The 4th copy includes 2 bright yellow postcards that are sure to stand out in your customer's mailbox. The 1st postcard lets the customer know their parts have arrived and requests that they pick them up or make an appointment to have them installed within 14 days or they will be returned to the maufacturer. The "Second Notice" postcard reminds them of the postcard they received 2 weeks earlier and allows them 10 additional days to pick them up or to make an appointment for installation - plus a warning that "Any deposits or payments may be forfeited!".
